Radisson Blu, a renowned hospitality brand that delivers positive and personalized services in
stylish spaces, in partnership with R&P Hospitalities, has recently launched their flagship luxury
lifestyle property in the Wine Capital of India – Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Nashik.
Located at a drivable distance from Mumbai & Pune, the hotel is just off the Nashik-Mumbai
highway, a half-hour from the airport and a 10-minute drive from the city centre. Last weekend, I
decided to make a visit to Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Nashik for a relaxing weekend getaway.
This urban sanctuary delivers an experience of redefined luxury with its world-class offerings.
Featuring an extensive range of 224 elegantly designed rooms, housing 18 spacious suites with
extensive private balconies, the design and the décor of the rooms represent nothing short of
bespoke luxury which is attentively inspired by contemporary influences. My room had a
backdrop of the two-millennia old Pandav caves with a private balcony to lounge at while being
mesmerized by the panoramic view.
To satiate my culinary curiosities I spent my time dining at the hotel's fine-dine restaurant - The
Smoked Vine. The Smoked Vine offers a bold variety of cuisines from around the world,
including Asian woks, Robatayaki grills, Vinewood fired pizzas, Western and Indian cuisine, and
an exotic dessert bar. The restaurant also offers a special brunch menu on Sundays. For late-night
indulgence and early brews, I stepped into Le Bistro; the Indo-French eatery and bakery which
offers charcuterie, sandwiches, and cakes that are made with ethically sourced, local ingredients.
Le Bistro finds inspiration in late Victorian Paris and is perfect for a leisurely afternoon tea or an
evening wind down.
I was informed that the hotel will soon be launching two more cuisine-based fine dine restaurants
- The Tuscan Room and The Orient House. The Tuscan Room will be an intimate fine dining
space offering modern and light interpretations of Mediterranean and classic Italian dishes,
crafted with the finest produce imported from Italy and local markets. And The Orient House, as the name suggests, will offer typical Shezwan cuisine using only the best seasonal ingredients
prepared according to time-honored traditions.
After a day and night full of sinful edible indulgences, the next day I dipped into an oasis of
relaxation at ATMAN - The Spa which offers a wide range of signature Western, Oriental, and
Ayurvedic treatments and spa rituals with natural indigenous ingredients. I got a deep tissue
massage done which led to a complete relaxation of mind and body.
The hotel also offers a fully equipped health club and fitness center offering an internationally
acclaimed ASB squash court and an outdoor pool with a temperature-controlled jacuzzi as well
as a fully equipped GYMKHANA, for fitness seekers.
Spread across a massive space of over 50,000 square feet with versatile indoor and outdoor event
space perfect for weddings, conferences, exhibits, etc.
Apart from all the exquisite indoor experience, I ventured outdoors on an exclusively curated
wine trail, hiked up the Pandav Caves, and took up a heritage walk through the numerous
cultural and heritage sites in the city as a part of my Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Nashik
experience.
To sum it up I returned home with an ‘Album of Experiences’ viewing Nashik through a
completely new lens with my leisurely getaway at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Nashik.
