A culinary visionary with over two decades of expertise, Chef Attila is recognised worldwide for his mastery in Japanese fusion, Pan-Asian, and contemporary cuisines. Chef Attila has revolutionised prestigious venues such as Nobu Budapest, Yubari Barcelona, The Arts Club London, and Sommerro TAK Oslo. He has trained teams in advanced Japanese techniques and shaped some of the most coveted kitchens across Europe. “For me, cooking is a passion, my way of expressing sensations, happiness, and creativity. My goal is to share my enthusiasm and love for pure seasonal ingredients, guiding people on an exciting journey through international cuisine,” he shares.
