Guest Chef Attila Havas presents an exclusive, limited-time experience – from 29th March to 13th April 2025 – designed to delight the Indian palate with the finest Contemporary Pan-Asian & Japanese Fusion, right in the heart of the city.
In line with Founder & Chairperson Mrs Nita Ambani’s vision of bringing the best of India and the world, and with a strong commitment to offering a global array of flavours, NMACC Arts Cafe is thrilled to mark a new chapter in its culinary journey with its first guest-chef showcase – featuring the celebrated international chef Attila Havas. A culinary visionary with over two decades of expertise, Chef Attila is recognised worldwide for his mastery in Japanese fusion, Pan-Asian, and contemporary cuisines.
Chef Attila has revolutionised prestigious venues such as Nobu Budapest, Yubari Barcelona, The Arts Club London, and Sommerro TAK Oslo. He has trained teams in advanced Japanese techniques and shaped some of the most coveted kitchens across Europe. “For me, cooking is a passion, my way of expressing sensations, happiness, and creativity. My goal is to share my enthusiasm and love for pure seasonal ingredients, guiding people on an exciting journey through international cuisine,” he shares.
Driven by a deep respect for ingredients and a passion for creativity, his creations offer a memorable blend of tradition and innovation. At NMACC Arts Cafe, Chef Attila’s menu presents signature delights that spotlight his unparalleled artistry. With a seamless fusion of Asian and Japanese influences, his creations are sure to leave a lasting impression. Guests can look forward to indulgent offerings such as Spicy Tuna Tartare on butter-toasted Shoku bread, Scallops Sashimi with black garlic and truffle amaze, Tofu Kara-age with garlic soy glaze, Miso Chocolate Cappuccino with vanilla ice cream, and more.
